From a Kia Soul full of lumber to whole-home builds.

Canon grew up on job sites — his dad was a general contractor in Texas, and they were always building on their own house, second story and all. Integria started small: Canon loading a Kia Soul down with lumber and tile and driving it out to clients’ homes.

The name was a deliberate choice. Canon wanted integrity built into it — because the job isn’t really to build homes or kitchens. It’s to build relationships with clients, trade partners, and everyone we work with. That’s what “we build trust” means, and it’s the question behind every decision: does this build or erode trust?

Today Integria is a licensed, owner-led firm rooted in South Orange County — and still run by the same people whose name is on the work.
