Whole-home & interior remodels
When the house no longer fits how you live, we take it on as one project — layout, structure, and finishes together, not a string of separate fixes. On the Mielke job we opened the kitchen to the living space and reworked the floor plan around how the family actually uses it.
Good fit: a home that’s solid but dated, and you want it done right the first time.
Additions & second-story
A good addition doesn’t look added on. We match the home’s proportions and finishes, and handle the structural work, the energy, and the permitting in-house. That includes building up. A second story is one of the harder things you can do to a house, and it’s the kind of work our staged process is built for.
Kitchen & bath
Kitchens and baths are where the details show. We rework the layout, the cabinetry, the lighting, and the materials around how you actually use the room, then build to the tolerances those rooms need.
Good fit: you want a kitchen or bath that works better and lasts, not just a fresh coat of paint.
