How We Work
Most of the risk lives in the front end. So we moved the hard part earlier. The plans, the finishes, and the price are settled before the crew shows up.
Each project is broken into three separate agreements (Discovery, Design, Construction). We don’t lock you in to a monstrous contract; the freedom is yours to move forward.
Daily logs and a written summary every week, open on your phone. Most companies go quiet during the build. We don’t.
